IGN have created some mockup picture of the Revolution controller's charger. At the Tokyo Game Show, Nintendo have not confirmed the power source use for the final controller design. Most likely it will feature either rechargable AA batteries or an inbuilt battery (li-ion?) with charging dock. Inbuilt rumble and gyroscopic sensitivity may drain the battery for AAs, so I am guessing it'll be a built in charger like the Xbox 360 controllers. Here are the mockups below:
